Mary Annette Rose As Director of EnviroTech, Dr. Rose spearheads the Project from the Department of Technology at Ball State University. Through teaching, research, and service, Dr. Rose develops and evaluates educational experiences which promote increased understanding and adoption of technology and practices which are environmentally sustainable. As both a teacher educator and technology teacher with over 12 years of public school experience, she challenges learners to critically examine the interrelationships among technology, environment, and society. Dr. Rose teaches courses in energy processing and technology assessment in the teacher preparation and online master's programs (respectively) at Ball State University. Her research interests include: teaching interventions which influence learners' critical thinking while engaging in distributed problem-based learning; conceptions of technological literacy among STEM disciplines; and consumer decision-making regarding mercury-containing lamps. She serves on the Council on the Environment and the Executive Committee of Living Lightly: A Resource Fair for Sustainable Lifestyles in East Central Indiana. Susan Cole Londt As Coordinator of EnviroTech, Susan Londt assists with the development and implementation of instructional materials and the implementation of webinars. Ms. Londt is new to the Department of Technology but not new to Ball State University. She has worked in several departments while pursuing an undergrad degree in Digital Publishing and Marketing. She is currently finishing concurrent Masters degrees in Adult, Higher and Community Education and Executive Development for Public Service. Early in Mrs. Londt's career she had the opportunity to assist on another Environmental Protection Agency funded project in Noble County Indiana for the Clean Up of the Skinner Lake Watershed while employed by the Noble County Soil and Water Conservation District.
